Mission and Vision

The Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN) is a not-for-profit organization bringing together 38 English-language community organizations across Quebec. Its mission is to identify, explore and address strategic issues affecting the development and vitality of English-speaking Quebec and to encourage dialogue and collaboration among its member organizations, individuals, community groups, institutions and leaders.

Vision for English-speaking Quebec

English-speaking Quebec is a diverse, confident, recognized and respected national linguistic minority. It actively participates in and contributes to the social, economic, cultural and political life of Quebec and Canadian society. English speaking Quebec is committed to the maintenance and development of the institutional support it needs to thrive as a distinctive linguistic community.

Mission
The Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN) identifies, explores and addresses the strategic issues affecting the development and vitality of English-speaking Quebec. It encourages dialogue and collaboration among its member organizations, individuals, community groups, institutions and leaders. In partnership with member organizations, stakeholders, community leaders and institutions, it articulates the views of English-speaking Quebec on issues of strategic concern and takes action to address them.
